Engineering

Senior Manager at KPMG France, I have been supporting finance departments through large-scale transformation programmes since 2016 — across Banking and Insurance, on both financial and non-financial reporting.

My dual expertise covers regulatory finance (IFRS 9/17, consolidation, fast close) and sustainable finance (EU Taxonomy, Pillar 3 ESG, CSRD readiness) — end-to-end, from data architecture to executive reporting.

Trained as an engineer at INSA Rennes and holding a management degree from Audencia, I bridge technical depth, business understanding and team leadership — structuring delivery, growing consultants and securing critical milestones for demanding clients.

Main projects

01
Consolidation Platform Modernisation
2025 – Present · Insurance · Major European insurer

Strategic programme to replace and modernise the group consolidation tool across a multi-entity, multi-standard scope (IFRS, Solvency II, French GAAP). Led functional scoping, defined the target platform principles and designed the end-to-end consolidation solution — including close cycle, key controls and multi-standard requirements. Facilitated business workshops with Finance and Consolidation teams to clarify needs and secure structural decisions.

Sustainable Finance — EU Taxonomy, Pillar 3 ESG & CSRD
2022–2025 · Banking · Major French bank

End-to-end ESG reporting transformation: EU Taxonomy alignment, Pillar 3 ESG disclosures and CSRD readiness. Led cross-functional coordination across Finance, Risk, CSR and IT. Designed and deployed a transitional Alteryx-based solution enabling reliable ESG reporting ahead of full industrialisation. Oversaw data chain impact analysis (collection, controls, consolidation, disclosure) and team leadership across the full delivery lifecycle.

Covered functional and technical design of system evolutions, test strategy (unit, integrated, end-to-end), business/IT coordination and team management. Responsible for delivery structure, quality control methodology and consultant development.

2019 · Insurance · Major European group

Post-merger convergence programme targeting close process acceleration and SAP FC upgrade. Identified bottlenecks, harmonised data models and reference data across the two groups. Led functional and technical UAT of SAP FC including integration rules, controls and consolidation engines. Prepared and executed dry runs to validate the end-to-end production chain before go-live.

French GAAP to IFRS Transition
2016–2018 · Insurance · Top 5 French insurer

Full transition of consolidated reporting from French GAAP to IFRS. Produced IFRS financial statements, managed multi-year historical data restatements and intragroup reconciliation. Designed SAP FC evolutions integrating IFRS rules and automated the cash flow statement and statement of changes in equity — delivering a more reliable and repeatable reporting process.

Music

Having started the violin at the age of 4, I have been practicing this instrument in a music school for 12 years in parallel with the oboe that I have been practicing for 8 years. I had the opportunity to participate in various concerts in orchestras as well as in smaller groups. I am the treasurer of the music association "Les trompettes du Carousel".

Sport

Regularly running, I also occasionally play golf. I participated in several events: Tout Rennes court (21km), Semi de Paris (21km), Paris-Saint-Germain-en-Laye (20km), 20km de Paris, Les foulees de l'assurance (10km), etc.
